Yeah, I registered while trying to order last week and I was signed in. I even registered again with a new account using a different user name and e-mail address and it still didn't fix the problem. I dumped the VCI cookie from my browser and started over too. Nothing changed. I would have a cart full of DVDs listed at the side of the page, but when I went to check out it always said my cart was empty.

I finally got it to take when I used the browse feature instead of the search feature to find the DVDs I wanted. Why that should make a differece, I don't know. I think their website really needs work. Better category links would help. And adding a "back to shopping" button after putting something in your cart would be nice instead of making you use the back button or go back to the home page to find the next item you want. It was pretty tedious. Can't complain about the prices, though. I got three serials and three movies for a little over $30.
