I've only had one incident where I returned onine merchandise. That was with Amazon who sent me two damaged books last holiday season. It was a royal pain to have to repack them and ship them back. I have had less extreme problems with Amazon over the past year or so. I was getting aggravated with the shrink wrap over a piece of cardboard that they were using to ship multiple item orders. The shrink wrap was so tight that it crimped the boxes on box sets. When that became a chronic problem I switched my online loyalty to --- gulp --- deepdiscount!
