I have to disagree I think there's a HUGE selection of vintage horror. I think AMC owns the rights to virtually all the Universals but at least we get Invisible Ray and Old Dark House.

Sadly we don't get the Haunted Palace, my personal Holy Grail of horror collecting! Anyone want to trade my soul for a copy? Or a story involving Ted Newsom, a large mocca latte, an elephant and six weeks in the desert? (Cudos to anyone who gets my reference)

Isn't THE HAUNTED PALACE available on DVD with TOWER OF LONDON?

I also wish TCM would make a bigger deal out of Halloween. If I ran TCM, there would be nothing but classic horror, three nights a week during most of October, and a nonstop marathon, the week leading up to Halloween. Okay, so FREAKS and MYSTERY OF THE WAX MUSEUM make for great October films, but what's halloween without FRANKENSTEIN, DRACULA and THE MUMMY? Even though I have them on DVD, them not being on TCM is like having Christmas without IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, BEN-HUR and MIRACLE ON 34th STREET. Some things are just not done!
