As Robert Osborne said, Speilberg has never done a commentary for any of his films, so this interview covering most of his films was quite interesting. I figured he wouldn't mention:

I've yet to see Empire of the Sun (featuring a very young future Batman), Amistad or Munich. I'll try to in the near future.

Of all his films, I think Jaws & Close Encounters hold up the best. 1941 has aged well, maybe because it doesn't seem as rowdy as it did back in '79 (witness what came after).

Richard Schickel also did documentaries of Harryhausen & Hitchcock. I would recommend these as well.
