The duo isn't really famous, but Britain's Goldfrapp was positively born to do a Bond title track. The lead singer is this tiny, pixie-like singer with a voice that rivals Shirley Bassey. Their music is like Ennio Morricone meets a futuristic opera. Belgium's Hooverphonic would also be ideal. They combine synthesizers with a full orchestra and their last album had a modern lounge feel to it. Again, a very telegenic lead singer in Geike Arnaert who could knock the song out of the park.
Tell me where the Blood Red River runs/ From my back door to the rising sun/ On again away till dawn/ Never straight and way too long
