Because Comedy Central runs their Roasts again, after midnight, completely uncensored.

Was visiting a friend this past weekend, and on Sunday night (something like 1:00 AM in the morning) Comedy Central was rerunning the Pamela Anderson Roast.

Not a single word was bleeped. Even though it certainly wasn't in Prime Time, I was still shocked to hear the "F" and and "P" words on basic cable.

It's my guess that the folks really interested in these CC Roasts don't watch them when they first air (in censored form)... They TiVo or tape the "after hours" re-broadcasts instead.
