OK, seeing this thread, now I know I'm at home with the same kind of weirdos that I am.

My problem is, I always makes lists of movies I'm GOING to watch, and then I never follow the schedule. But this year it's going to change!

Actually, I decided that this would be a great year to follow the schedule of the old WFLD "Screaming Yellow Theater" and WGN "Creature Features," which both debuted on the same weekend in September, 1970. I actually began tonight (Monday) by watching "Ghosts on the Loose," and will follow up tomorrow with the "Creature Features" opening-night doubleheader of "Dracula" and "She-Wolf of London."

In addition, I'm planning on watching every Wednesday night a series of "Movie Macabre" presentations with Cassandra Peterson as Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. I have about 20 or so of them that I taped back in the 1980s, and plan on acquiring the six new DVDs that she is releasing which has all the wraparounds (the best part of the movies, most nights).

So that puts me on a Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday movie schedule in October. Among the highlights are:

10-02 Black Dragons
10-03 The Wolfman / Return Of The Vampire
10-4 So Sad About Gloria
10-09 Haunted Strangler
10-10 The Mummy / House Of Frankenstein
10-11 Night of the Zombies
10-16 Spooks Run Wild
10-17 Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman / Mummy’s Hand
10-18 Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks
10-23 Diabolical Dr. Z
10-24 Son Of Dracula
10-25 The Capture of Bigfoot
10-30 College Girl Murders
10-31 Ghost Of Frankenstein / Mark Of The Vampire

In addition to this, I plan on foraging into my rather large cache of old-time radio shows in October, particularly a "Best of Boris Karloff" collection that I got off of eBay recently.
