The odd thing is that BLACK CAMEL was the most salable title in Warner's arsenal. The fact they'd give it up is what makes me wonder if they've hit a stumbling block with the Monograms due to print damage. As indicated above, the same problem exists with the Bowery Boys films.

It's a shame the previous owners of the Monogram library didn't take better care of their assets. For a poverty row studio, their films have remained fairly popular 60+ years after release.
