This was true for me, too, until this weekend. A week ago Saturday at a party I spent quite a while singing the praises of Deep Discount. But as I say, they not only lost my Wishlist--but also all my order information. AND they simply will not reply to my eMails; they send only pre-written, boilerplate comments based on what topic I chose for a header. I finally broke down and called them, and was told they are having major problems this week. Okay fine, but why didn't someone TELL me via eMail? I have spent several thousand dollars on them over the last few years; even when they get this straightened out, I am unlikely to use them as my primary DVD source again. Sure, I'll take advantage of their sales, but that's it. And this is more because of their refusal to communicate with me directly than these very annoying foulups.
