Really enjoyed the season premiere of Season 3.  Once you get rid of characters  like Will Grahm, his annoying sometime girlfriend there, and Jack Crawford - however temporarily - and just concentrate on the wild & wacky world of Hannibal Lecter the series flies.  Surprisingly sexy & sensual imagery mixed in with the outrageous horror elements (is Bryan Fuller trying to tell us something about the links between sex & viscera? It's been done before but not quite like this). Of course Mads Mikkelsen might well turn into the character's definitive interpretation.  He just feels so completely right in the role.  Looking forward to the rest of the season.  It reminds me of an old NBC show from the 80s that was waaaay ahead of its time called UnSub but signicently better.  Why isn't this series getting the love around here it deserves?
