Yeah, Disney did three animated TARZANs because they knew they'd fail. We all know the folks on Uncle Walt's Farm like to throw money away!
Pffft, that's RIGHT!

Thanks man, now I can explain that I was there when they made that picture, and how terrified they were about putting that film out against any of the big tentpole movies that summer, especially one of the Star Wars prequels. But Tarzan should be able to hold it's own, right?
Just like I was there when Steve Jobs got up in front of everyone at pixar and explained how they were moving Monsters Inc away from the release date of one of the Harry Potter films, you know the big blockbusters?

Gimme a break with some of this trying to explain that the passe stuff is still reliable so you can bring up the Disney John Carter movie, right?

So then we should equate the cartoon Tarzan with the twenty five Bond films, lol.

Bond is the big franchise of all time and just dwafts anything cinematically that involves Tarzan.

Everyone knows who Bond is still, while Tarzan is yes, a cartoon that came out a decade ago.

Boy, thanks for the help there. Awesome.

Next yer gonna tell me the Lone Ranger was a big hit.
