SANTO VS. THE RIDERS OF TERROR
I have a dim memory of seeing a Santo film that revolved around a hacienda-like setting, but I'm sure it's not the same film. The Mexican film industry seems to have put out dozens of modern-day films in these settings, which might be deemed "modern Westerns south of the border." I would bet that some of them have supernatural themes, though the only one I've seen is the already mentioned SWAMP OF LOST MONSTERS.

I guess to be even a modern "Mexican western" some of the protagonists have to have at least Western outfits or horses (preferably both).
