Such an underappreciated film. Not well marketed, though I'm not quite sure how you WOULD do it (except for maybe playing up the wendigo and downplaying the cannibalism). The location is so refreshing, and how many horror movies have been set in the Mexican War? Hard to believe it turned out as good as it did, given the extensive production problems.

My wife was especially surprised; she wanted absolutely nothing to do with the trailer, and ended up really enjoying it.
