I don't see this as a coffee table book. I don't know exactly what makes a book a "coffee table book," but I can't bring myself to apply that label to what I'm doing. It will be large and it will have photos.

Re: The Vincent Price Collection II is coming from Scream Factory in October!! (reply)
I'm glad Vol. II is coming out, and hope we get a Vol. III and IV. I'll buy every one. That said, "Return of the Fly" really is a non sequitor addition to Vol. II. It kind of photobombs the whole lineup. If they had included "The Fly"...

I am in Danbury, CT, on a Topstone research trip! I hope to interview people connected with the company, dig through archives and visit sites associated with Topstone history. If you are in or near the Danbury area and want to meet, let...

Shriek of the Mutilated (1974) soundtrack (topic)
I have been a fan of Michael Findlay’s no-budget Yeti exploitation film “Shriek of the Mutilated” since I saw it on television as a child in the 1970s. It couldn’t have been later than 1977 or 1978, just a few years after the film’s 1974...

In the "best toy/collectible" category, I think a serious omission is the EMCE 8" Phantom of the Opera Mego-style action figure. That was the toy that created the most excitement among monster collectors in 2013. Some called it the best...

Re: 24" G2014 ACTION FIGURE (reply)
Aside from the head, he's very gator-like. I wonder if NYC sewer gators factor in the plot. I doubt very much he's going to be a "dinosaur." I think the design is decent. I would prefer a bigger, longer head and bigger feet. I like the...
