Can you add the above onto page one? You have Monster throwing Maria into lake as 310-1-98. I have it has 310-1-99. There is a large version of it in It's Alive, but no still number on it. Can you double check to see which is the right number? Next: I am going to add unknowns on this thread.

It seems to be pretty definitive that it is 310-1-98.

That scan actually IS from MFTV 12, as the text from the bottom of the scan matches up with that from page 7 of that issue. Your scan is how the photo appears in the magazine with, unfortunately, only the 310-1 prefix visible.
