Is Chapter 1 the complete, 60-65 minute version, or the edited 44-minute revision?

Hadn't actually gotten a copy of the abridged Ch. 1 until recently, so had to run the two off for comparison today: poor original is on Beta & is "going quick" but I can't find a dealer now who carries the full Ch.1. Nostalgia Family Video, from which I got the original, now only has the truncated chapter, along with VCI.

What I observe missing is:
1. Some footage of Bouchart's arrival at the African hunter's club & introducing himself to Major Martling, and a couple of dialogue shots in which Raglan asks Martling if he has the translation of the code book to the green goddess;
2. Shot of Raglan reporting to Hiram Powers that Tarzan's being sought to go to Guatemala after the hunter's club scene ends;
3. A big scene on the deck of the boat, following the break-in at Martling's cabin, in which Tarzan, Martling and Raglan are playing bridge (this establishes how Tarzan is able to describe Raglan to the servant after he's robbed Padre Muller's house), Alice gets a pounding headache because George has been sitting back in a lounge chair talking to Ula (jealousy angle never further developed, at least in the later script revision[s]), and Martling receives the telegram which Raglan later has stolen;
4. After thrashing Raglan's steward-henchman, Raglan shoots him from hiding when Tarzan's grilling puts the steward on the verge of revealing Raglan's identity;
5. Assorted scenic shots of the arrival at Chicicastenango, including a title-card indicating the arrival coincides with a festival; and some extended "monkey-business" with N'kima; also, a first reference to the mysterious "black box" George has suddenly acquired;
6. Additional jungle shots as Raglan, then Tarzan et al. close in on the cave entrance; Raglan's men have a problem with some bats in the cave; George's black box is brought up again;
7. In the cave, Raglan hides as the Martling party passes, follows them through to the ruined city; Martling defines this as a Spanish city with the real Lost City somewhere below; extended scenes of native watchers & stalkers, shadows on the wall, "something still lives here" dialogue and jitters;
8. Additional shots of the party's capture and activity in the spooky "cathedral" before the Queen arrives.
9. Probably also various isolated jungle padding shots trimmed out here and there.

Actual runtime of my tape of full Ch.1 is 67 minutes on tape (pressbook rounded it off to 70 minutes); of the truncated version, 48 minutes on tape.

Gotta try to get the long Ch.1 to my DVD burner; need it badly, both to keep the complete serial & also restore the 70-plus feature version built from Chapter 1, which currently exists only as a 59-minute British reissue, dubbed by UK actors with American accents by New Realm.
