Hi, Capt. thanks for asking. My gums were really achy for about 2 weeks after the surgery, but I'm feeling a lot better now. Lately it's been the
summer heat that's been killing me. Although, I must say today was very nice!

Well I thought I would add this little thing. Some of you might remember when I first started posting art here on the board, I posted this as a pencil drawing.
Now here it is in full blown vector glory. This was kind of a quickie, just to get warmed up & back into the swing of things. Haven't really done too
much work since my surgery earlier this month.

And glad to hear that the oral surgery went well. If they start bothering you again remember that ice cream works wonders. Especially cinnamon, or coffee. But the best is cinnamon with a slice of hot apple pie. |

Great stuff this month! Love the Ardeth Bey, Belle!
Here's mine for the month. Haven't done a Universal mummy in a loooong while. Never been a fan of seeing the hair on their head. Caricatured him a little bit (mostly just squashed the head to give the Chaney-Kharis a fatter look).

Thanks everybody! For the nice comments! And thanks markchro, for the comment on my DotD lady #1. My second one is done, but I think I'm going to go back
& change some things before I post it.
Capt., mmmm, cinnamon ice cream. I've never had that before. I had some ice cream a few weeks back called Aztec Chocolate. It was chocolate ice cream, with cayenne pepper! I liked it, it was very strange & interesting. Coffee ice cream is always a fav! DK, that's so funny, I was thinking that it reminded me of a Looney Tunes title card when I was working on it. Your Mummy or Your Life. Ha! Ha! That's great! Tyrannocaster, I know I said I'd do myself as a monster, and I will. Right now I'm trying to get back in work mode, because I'm doing a piece for Little Shoppe of Horrors. Hopefully I will have that done soon so I can roll onto the 50-ga-jillion other projects I want to do. Len, two great mummies! I especially love the second one. You had that as your avatar for awhile & I always admired it.
