But as you are not marrying Saphirre, you should be fine, and we wish you and your bride many years of Happiness!!!

Eventually the physical/wildly emotional side of any relationship levels off. Then you want to be able to talk together, laugh together - maybe not always agree but be considerate of each other. It helps to have a few interests in common, but she needn't be a clone of you. The differences can be amazing, too. Plus, remembering this statement. "You're right dear, and I'm wrong dear." will save you a lot of problems. Has for me these 8+ years.....

As for the Mrs. being a Monster Kid...well, she'll watch most things that I watch, but she's not a big fan of horror or westerns, to be sure (she loved SHAUN OF THE DEAD, tho). But she's a big fan of mainstream classic films, will gladly go with me to the theater to see the most recent sci-fi/action spectacular, and she loves THE AVENGERS. So I've not done too badly on that score, overall.
