Anybody else a fan of this seminal computer game fantasy sci/fi type film? I was a video game obsessed kid when this came out, so it's no wonder I got
sucked into it's world. The effects still seem cool to me today, and Wendy Carlos' score is a must have (well, except for the Journey songs!). I was
really surprised at some of the "adult" content that was filmed and cut from TRON but availible eyars later when it was released on DVD, such as the
infamous "morning after" moment in the Tron-verse. The image that really sticks with me is of David Warner in the machine, after he's turned
giant but has been wounded in the ehad, and the electronic bits of his mind are dribbling away... visually, very cool & scary for a 12 year old (or so)
video game nut back in the day!
