Zach in a recent documentary on its past, Zach has been asked if he would be interested in hosting a Halloween recreation of "Chiller Theatre" (
which he hosted weekly in 1964 for half a season). He has agreed, and the only info I've been able to get on it is that the film he'll be hosting will
be TARANTULA (1955).
Now HERE'S where I need your help - I asked him (if the station would let him) if he would consider doing his old-style "break-ins" where he would insert himself into certain scenes in the movie, and his reaction was, "Well, that sort of thing worked 50 years ago with another generation, but people today would want to watch the movie straight." I heartily disagree with him on that and would like to know what the membership of the CHFB thinks. I call on any Zacherley fans out there for feedback on this. Help us out - any opinions?
