Of the Full Moon titles, the only one I would ever want to watch again is the aforementioned PIT AND THE PENDULUM, one of the few to receive a brief, platform release. As for the rest, they might be worth watching when they show up on cable, but I wouldn't seek them out.

Well, certainly not to buy, but to stick somewhere in a Netflix queue from time to time doesn't seem out of the question, and it would certainly help if some of the folks here on the board would provide an opinion or two. Band's films are in the right ballpark as far as the kind of stuff my wife likes to intersperse with her Big Critter favorites. I've been bouncing Hideous up and down in my queue for a while, waiting for the right time to bring it to the top. Anyone seen it? ... Reed

Or even better: Netflix instant viewing! If I had to pick other Full Moon titles, SUBSPECIES II had some atmosphere. MERIDIAN was certainly an intersting surprise when I stumbled upon it accidentally on cable one night, having never even heard of it before. And I liked Jeffrey Combs in DR. MORDRED - nice to see him play a hero for once. I've liked other Charles Band productions, but usually ones that predate Full Moon, which was when he was trying to churn them out one per month come hell or high water.

For example, I think they have Trancers II and III but not the first of the series. The newest title is something along the lines of Demonic Worry Dolls. I also liked Trancers (can't remember seeing any of the others) and Dr. Mordred (I'll watch just about anything with Jeffrey Combs in it). ... Reed

(Subspecies) & the stuff with Jeffrey Combs........................ Hideous, Head Of the Family & the one with midget Universal Monsters were a few of my favorite bad ones- Haven't really been impressed with any of the new flicks, though~

Now we all pine for those very titles to be re-released on DVD, and wax nostalgic for those days...
