I tend to avoid (I don' think I've ever "refused" to see a film) straight-to-video films.
I know it is a predjudice on my part, but I figure any film not good enough to get a theatrical release is not worth my time. Cromwell |

I refuse to watch any film with the word "Littlest" in the title. I have a theory that it's impossible to make a good movie with that word (but
"Little" is O.K.).
Count me out for "torture-porn" as well. I saw most of "Hostlel" and just couldn't care less what happened to anyone. I made the mistake one day of taking my girlfriend to a double feature of "City of the Living Dead" and "Cannibal Holocaust". I thought CH was a different film originally, but in line I realized which one it was and had to apologize to my girl, who's a vegetarian. She got through it, but thought it was just dumb and, for all the exploitation in the film, way too padded out in between the shocks. Ditto on Jim Carey & Sci-Fi Channel Originals, and add Jennifer Lopez or any Polonia Brothers films besides "Feeders", which is a great party movie.

Don't have any interest in sitting through any torture films (sat through half of one for work-related reasons before giving up in disgust).
Have no interest in the slasher genre. Have no desire to sit through anything directed by Jess Franco or Dario Argento ever again. |

Nothing depresses me, bores me, or kills my spirit more than films depicting gratuitous torture or rape of any kind.

Lost in space (the movie), Have only seen one Oliver Stone movie, not too interested in Saw but....I guess I might give one of them a try someday, Hostel,
Cannibal Holocaust (why???), most Friday the 13th movies, Wicker man remake, I know I could think of lots more....
Movies I would NEVER watch again. Sammy and Rosie get laid, I can't remember the name but it had Fred ward in it playing Henry Miller and it sucked!, Teen Wolf, Lost boys, Life Returns, Jeanne d'arc (silent film that was just so damn boring), 9 1/2 (have tried watching many different Fellini movies through the years and they just have never worked for me, especially nowadays since those perfume commercials that were so "Felliniesque" Overrated: Donnie Darko, Godzilla v Biollante, Tootsie, Crash (cliches galore), Unforgiven (except for that very well done ending!! I know I will probably sound sacreligious on here, but I absolutely refuse to watch any of Peter Jackson's LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy..too long and
overblown for me. I wont watch any of the HARRY POTTER films either..too sappy for my tastes.

I refuse to watch or own movies that showcase actual cruelty to animals. I'd sooner watch an actual human snuff film than watch a movie showing a rat being
tortured. Which is precisely why I am so upset to discover that The Rats Are Coming, The Werewolves Are Here
features actual rat torture.
 It was a nostalgic drive-in classic, and I never knew it
included actual torture of a real rat. So that hole in my collection will always glare out at me!
