But the result - even if we can hope some major restoration work in the future (by Mondo Macabro, why not ?) - is quite watchable. And the movie itself has considerable merits, being given its origin and its date of production. Atif Kaptan makes a convincing Count Drakula, and is, historically, the FIRST movie vampire with canines, years before German Robles in "El vampiro" and Christopher Lee in "Dracula / Horror of Dracula". Also, for the first time, two decades before "Scars of Dracula", the vampire is seen moving vertically on his castle's wall.
