<![CDATA[ I just picked up the 1935 serial THE NEW ADVENTURES OF TARZAN on DVD from The Roan Group.I assume it's new. I've never seen this edition before. The film is cheap and crude compared to the MGM and RKO films, but Herman Brix (Bruce Bennett) makes a great Tarzan. It has some interesting action scenes and a more true to Borroughs treatment of the character than any other film of the 30's and 40's. The print it pretty good considering. The complete serial on one disc for $10. A pretty good deal.... ]]>
