        <![CDATA[ I searched all over the boards and couldn&#39;t find a thread on Spectre, the 1977 TV movie starring Robert Culp and
Gig Young as supernatural investigators. All I could find were a few mentions of it withing the TV movie threads. So, here is a thread for Spectre.


Spectre was a TV movie produced by Gene Rodenberry and looked like it could have been a pilot (much in the same way The Norliss Tapes was meant as a pilot).


Because it is unreleased, I tracked down a DVD-r, which arrived today.... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I would classify both Fear No Evil and Ritual of Evil as &quot;watchable.&quot; As cap says, Vampire quality isn&#39;t bad. The best quality disk are those
that are copied from the Canadian Scream channel (but you have to suffer through the logo at the bottom right), and those that come from the BBC (Ghost Stories
for Christmas eps are a bit oversaturated; The Stone Tapes and The Nightmare Man are pretty well perfect).</p>

			<description><![CDATA[ I got the two Jourdan Evil films from Cinefear. While Fear No Evil looks pretty good, Ritual is terrible. It&#39;s from a Sci-Fi Channel broadcast and the
picture flutters uncontrollably whenever there is a scene with a bright light source (I imagine this is due to a VHS tracking problem). I also got Vampire from
them (Richard Lynch), and that&#39;s pretty good. Spectre I got from an ebay seller who got the copy off a Fox airing, and it is gorgeous.

			<description><![CDATA[ Hey John ~ This is the first dvd-r I&#39;ve gotten from Cinefear, and while not perfect, the quality is definitely watchable. I remember Dr. Paul Armstrong
mentioning that he and his wife had purchased several films off this site (as has Old Manster) and saying that the quality varies depending on the source.
