Parades were damn scarce-Steve Dolnick, in the 1980s, was the guy (through his monster magazine back issue business) who almost single-handedly brought this
rare title to the attention of  the monstermag collectors that  weren&#39;t as yet aware of its existence. Monster Parade&#39;s first cover was awesome:  a
