			<description><![CDATA[ I did not quite draw this connection till now, but the Spider novels often used the idea of product tampering, a plot point later echoed by Halloween III and
the 1989 Batman film. The novel The Pain Emperor had a memorable scene of the Spider skulking around rooftops when he sees a woman through a window putting on
cold cream and her face starts to burn. (Amusingly, in one Spider novel, the tampered products included poisonous cigarettes.)

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m just wondering what everyone thinks of this film. Personally, I love it. I&#39;m a fan of Anne Rice&#39;s Vampire Chronicles novels, and I read the
book before I saw the movie. I was pleasantly surprised at how faithful to the source material they were for the most part. A lot of the movie is an almost
perfect visual depiction of her own vivid descriptions in the novel (the Theatre Des Vampires in Paris, and the catacombs underneath, for example).

Just wondering if anyone else enjoys this Charles Bronson film from 1983? It mixes a couple of genres, slasher and detective. It even raises some interesting
questions about how far someone would go to &quot;put away&quot; a bad guy. Bronson is solid, Lisa Eilbacher and Andrew Stevens have good chemistry and Gene
Davis, as the killer, is downright creepy.
