			<description><![CDATA[ I saw this a couple times on late-night tv many years ago. I believe it was from the earlier 70&#39;s. Can&#39;t remember any of the actors, or the movie as a
whole. I may actually have never seen the whole movie. The only scene I recall was near the end, where this man is chasing some woman through some building, I
believe with intent to harm her. Somehow, he trips and falls (I think) but anyway he becomes fully paralyzed from the neck down. Then this woman comes back and

I began watching this one last night but only got about fifteen minutes into it before Mr. Sandman paid me a visit. So far it seems fairly typical of these
films: gather a cross-section of American society together and then blow the world the hell up.

It&#39;s way too early for me to tell if the police officer is being the stereotypical 50s bossy cop or if he&#39;s just a class-A jerk.
