			<description><![CDATA[ In the novel and 1931 film of DRACULA, wolfbane has a definite if minor purpose: it wards off vampires to some extent.

In THE WOLF MAN, it really doesn&#39;t seem to serve any story purpose.  Tom Weaver&#39;s commentary on the recent DVD issue mentions that Bela the Werewolf
doesn&#39;t seem to have been appreciably helped by his mama&#39;s pentagram-charm while he was with the caravan, but we don&#39;t know how long Bela
may&#39;ve gone w/o changing.

&#39;35 makeup - particularly the too-alive eyes - have always detracted from the Monster, making him look TOO human, imo (which was probably the Whale&#39;s
point). Would anyone here have the time and interest in taking a shot of the &#39;31 Monster (the first front-on doorway shot would be a good one) and touching
